It intends to connect people on the search for new ideas and trends and to depict relevant findings and personal opinions from people all over the world. These contents don't necessarily express Neonscope's own point of view.
You can register at Neonscope.com through Facebook, Google+, Twitter or email. As a registered user, you must provide accurate information about yourself on your personal profile and you can not falsely impersonate any other person or entity. Accounts registered by Bots or other automated internet tools are not allowed and will be immediately terminated when detected.
You are solely responsible for all the information provided on your profile and for the safety of your account password. You should not, in any means, publicly disclose your personal access information to others. You are only eligible to use your own personal account and you may never access another user's personal account area without their permission.
By registering through Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, you are allowing us to access certain information from your social media profile page. You can manage how you share those settings in your social media account privacy area, outside Neonscope.
As a registered user, you are responsible for your own posts. You agree that any content added by you to Neonscope.com becomes ownership of Neonscope and may be reviewed for check spelling correction and text structure by Neonscope editors before its publication. 6. Content created to drive traffic or boost search engine optimization for third party sites.
7. Destructive content like Viruses, malware and Trojan horses destined to damage the website or access the database.
If a third party claims that any content you have submitted to Neonscope is unlawful, you will assume the responsibility of establishing its compliance with all applicable laws.
Neonscope reserves the right to edit or refuse any post submitted at Neonscope.com. Neonscope also reserves the right to remove content which violates any of the defined rules.
By submitting content to the website, you are granting Neonscope a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit and reproduce your materials. This still applies if you decide to terminate your account. The license also applies to the vignette included in all your articles (with your name, profile photo and rank position).
You can not use any other third party platforms to reproduce your posts, except for your own personal website or your own social media pages.
BETA ADVERTISING PROGRAM
To support neonscope.com, we may serve advertisement spaces within your post layouts. Currently delivered in a Beta advertising program, the service provides a percentage of the profit to Neonscope and another percentage of the profit to the user that generates a sale through the displayed ads.
REPRODUCTION OF CONTENT
Text content belongs to Neonscope and its rightful author and can not be reproduced in any way without express written consent of Neonscope.
This does not apply to content images for which Neonscope may not be the copyright holder, except if it's reproduced within the neonscope.com layout in a captured screenshot. All isolated images contain its proper copyright information in the right bottom corner.
All content included on this website, such as graphics, logos, icons and software is property of Neonscope. Text license is provided to Neonscope by its users. Images and video files belong to the referred owners.
Appart from personal use, this website or any portion of this site may not be exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Neonscope.
