Who doesn't like an easy and quick recipe? It saves precious time and saves us from the temptation to order out expensive dishes or bad junk food.
I created this recipe during my second university year. College students rarely spoil themselves by inviting friends around to a home-cooked made dinner, served on a table, "family style" and that was something I was really missing during those years.
This recipe was my way to introduce some quality time to my life and those around me by inviting some friends to have a good, simple meal around a table. And this recipe is so simple and delicious, perfect for that intimate gathering.
What you will need?
For this basic recipe, you will need chicken, the base ingredient, some eggs, garlic, olive oil, parsley and saffron.
How to do it?
First, mix the eggs with a small spoon of garlic, saffron and a big spoon of parsley. Then cut the chicken into horizontal tiny pieces to make thin fillets and add these to the mix you just prepared. Cover and leave it in the fridge for about 4 hours.
After that time, take out your chicken mix from the fridge.
Put 4 spoons of olive oil in a frying pan and start putting, piece by piece, the chicken fillets until they are completely cooked. Serve them with some white rice, a fresh salad of your choice and enjoy.
