Open during the Summer at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, the Pantone Cafe
serves juices and snacks in the spirit and the colors of the brand.
The menu was inspired by the Pantone Goe System, offering eclairs, croissants and refreshments that give a new element to the different hues and invite people to "taste the color". Executive chef Thierry Paludetto selected and transformed these different colors into tempting flavors, perfect to enjoy near the Larvotto beach.
Besides the vibrant menu, the decor also matches some of the Pantone swatches. Chairs, trays, napkins and paper cups display a selection of colors. The coffee machines, however, come in Process Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, the CMYK base for the process printing system.
For now, the pop-up cafe will only be open for the Summer (until September 9), but the Monaco Restaurant Group is in the works to make this a permanent colorful taste experience.
