Love it or hate it? Comment this post here.It was held last Sunday in Los Angeles, the 56th edition of the Grammy Awards, the most important musical event of the year. On the red carpet, the undisputed protagonist was color, going from vibrant shades to bright textured metallics. Inevitably, long and showy pieces studded with sequins made the arrivals, along with the tireless and sophisticated black.
One of the most popular looks was brought by Katy Perry. The pop singer wore a music inspired white dress by Valentino, along with a mega bun hairstyle, so as to complete the outfit with a touch of bon-ton. Also in neutral tones, Beyonce has left everyone breathless with her sheer white mermaid look created by Michael Costello. She combined it with a wavy hairstyle, burgundy lipstick and sumptuous shades of bronze for her eyes.
In great style was Taylor Swift in her shimmering mesh Gucci dress. The singer chose to gather her hair in an effortless ponytail, combined with simple make-up to emphasize her eyes. Singer Rita Ora was also a hit with her metallic dress by Lanvin. Along with a very imaginative nail art, she amazed everyone.
Completely detached from the classic red carpet gowns and much more sober than usual, Madonna wore a very strict garçonne suit signed by Ralph Lauren, together with mild make-up and loose blond hair over her shoulders. A pop of cherry on her lips highlighted her statement gold dentures when she smiled.
Like any great event, every stylist and fashion designer were able to make true fashion moments and the red carpet at the Grammy Awards was turned into a real catwalk spectacle.
