Glamorous metallics are a great trend for this Spring/Summer 2014. They never really fall out of fashion and we can always find them in shoes, bags and accessories throughout the seasons. Bronze, gold and silver are usually seen in the same role of neutral colors, in the sense that they can help putting an outfit together and definitely make it look more glamorous, but this season,  metallics are well beyond those classic shades. We've seen them in blue, purple, green and all sorts of other colors in jackets, skirts and tops.

All metallic looks made the runways of Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Lanvin, but you can wear this trend in a more conservative way in trims and details or in a metallic clutch, the must-have bag for the season. Metallics are strong, vivid and can take over your outfit, so be careful not to wear too many at once if you don't want to make a statement. Why not try to combine them with silk or satin for a mild, total shine look? You decide how you will rock this trend. Take inspiration from some of the looks.
