Lanvin is one of the oldest high fashion houses in the business. Founded in 1889 by the very talented Jeanne Lanvin, it quicky gained a well deserved notoriety that remains until today.
Since 2001, Alber Elbaz is responsible for maintaining the exquisite Lanvin image, something he is doing to perfection, with his feminine designs, always accompanied by luxurious materials.
For Fall/Winter 2015/16, the Israeli fashion designer created a very compelling ready-to-wear collection, with knee length skirts and dresses made of velvet, jersey and satin in divine shades of black, grey, brown and bordeaux.
Full sets with a male inspiration exude elegant feminine lines with the help of sophisticated details and accessories. Fringed elements and asymmetric harnesses with peculiar cuts are combined with leather boots, belts with tassels and large hats.
Certainly impressive were the wonderful maxi coats in earthy colors with fur details, combined with different patterns. A collection of beautiful creations for a dynamic woman to face the cold Winter in pure style.
