An exciting and extravagant collection of jewelry pieces, sunglasses, shoes and bags by the italian fashionista Anna Dello Russo will fill the shelves of some exclusive H&M stores throughout the world next month.
In a cocktail of gold and turquoise, Anna showers us with beautiful kitsch accessories with an 80's feel that would make the cut for Joan "Alexis" Collins. Statement pieces embrace the neck and the wrists with surreal animal themes and bulky gold chains with delicate pendants. The collection completes itself with large stone earrings in coral and emerald green, theatrical sunglasses, feminine stiletto shoes and boots in gold or black and small detailed clutches where Cucciolina, Anna's fashionable dog, makes an appearance in the closure of one of the pieces. But the ultimate item, per se, has to be the turquoise trolley with gilt motifs, ready to transform a trip into a fairytale moment and willing to add some excitement to grayish airports.
"Accessories are vital" say Anna, "not only they allow you to play with fashion however you like, marking your outfits with a personal touch. They are also an essential tool to give new life to what you already have in your wardrobe (…) Accessories are like vitamins to fashion: you should use them liberally as such."
