Inspired by the styles seen on international catwalks and the looks of New York’s Uptown Girls, the 2013 Trend Lookbook photographed by Patrick Demarchelier for Schwarzkopf brings us a confident, elegant woman. Together with hair expert Armin Morbach, Schwarzkopf created a set of looks that reinterpret classic sophistication in a wonderfully modern and flattering way. Blondes, deep browns, cherry reds and strands of bright colors are the background for elegant, structured and elegantly coiffed styles with vintage inspirations.
"The Schwarzkopf Looks 2013 bring the beauty trends featured by leading designers onto the streets", says Armin Morbach. "Just like hip New Yorkers, these styles always look perfectly groomed and elegant; nothing is left to chance. What makes these looks so special is that they can be effortlessly recreated by any woman with the right tools and products."
The photo shoot happened above the streets of Manhattan, the hip area where opposites match in a melting pot of references. High-end designer boutiques mix with the shops of young designers and trendy bars are right beside art galleries. It's a place where luxury and street style converge and create an unique, unmistakable New York vibe, completely in synch with these cool looks.
